Target Groups

Please see below the Target Groups for mobility from ENPI countries to Europe and for mobility from Europe to ENPI countries.

Mobility from ENPI to Europe:
In order to be eligible to benefit from the HUMERIA programme, all candidates of target groups 1 and 2 mentioned below, must have not resided nor have carried out their main activity (studies, work, etc.) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in one of theĀ  EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) at the time of submitting their application to HUMERIA. This rule does not apply for Staff mobility nor to candidates of Target Group 3 (see definition below).

Target

Group 1

  • Applicants must have the nationality of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine.
  • Applicants must be registered as students/employed at an institution listed under HUMERIA partnership at the time of application and mobility (applicable countries are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine). See the list of Partners.
  • Undergraduate students must have successfully completed at least one year of studies at their home institution.
  • Applicants language proficiency must meet the standards set by the host institution in order to successfully carry out studies/training/work.

Target

Group 2

  • Applicants must have the nationality of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine.
  • Applicants can be registered at a Higher Education Institution in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine not included in the HUMERIA partnership.
  • Applicants can already be graduated, having obtained a university degree or equivalent from an institution in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine.
  • Applicants language proficiency must meet the standards set by the host institution in order to successfully carry out studies/training/work.

Target

Group 3

  • Nationals of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine who are in a particular vulnerable situation. For example:
  1. having a refugee status or asylum beneficiaries (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries)
  2. it can be proved that they have been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, ethnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination
  3. they belong to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy or IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons)

 

Mobility from Europe to ENPI:

Target

Group 1

  • Applicants must be nationals of any of the EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)
  • Applicants must be registered as students/employed at any of the EU partner institutions of the HUMERIA partnership (see the list of partners) at the time of application and mobility.
  • Undergraduate students must have successfully completed at least one year of studies at their home institution.
  • Applicants language proficiency must meet the standards set by the host institution in order to successfully carry out studies/training/work.

Target

Group 2

  • Nationals of any of the EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)
  • Applicants need either to be registered as students at a Higher Education Institution (HEI) (not included in the HUMERIA partnership) of any European country or to have obtained a university degree or equivalent from a HEI of any European country;
  • Applicants language proficiency must meet the standards set by the host institution in order to successfully carry out studies/training/work.
